The requirement is to allow certain end users ( access group with user4 role) with an option to pull assignments from others worklist in Review harness. As a fix added stage level local action to on submit pyReassignAssignment is called after opening newAssignPage.

This works for an admin but can perform restricts opening the Assign- class as end user is not in Perform harness. Any way to fix this? Don't want to override the role as it might display all assignments to enduser
