Cannot skip an action conditionally from an action set (Button's onclick behavior)

Hi, cannot skip an action conditionally from an action set (Button's onclick behavior). PFA the screenshot. Is there a way to skip an action from an action set based on a property value, currently it is not working.

I hope you are using a version before 7.2.2.From this version on, conditional execution of actions has been introduced on most elements
