Cannot login into cloud based exercise system
I cannot login into the cloud based exercise system of Business Architect Essentials Version 8 with the given info. User "[email protected]" and Password "rules". Please advise.

What is the server number of the system you are one? The first part of the URL is paex, followed by 2 numbers. What are the two numbers for your system.

Hey, I think you cannot access the exercise system by the link you passed in here, so, go to the page of the exercise system and click on the "Open Exercise System", you need do it, because the link to open the exercise system have some param at URL to authenticate your access.

I have had an error for the last two weeks in Business Architect Essentials Version 8.
- Exercise 8: Configuring a case type
- Case types >> New
- Enter the name "Assistance request"
- Click next and I receive this error:
"There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator."
