cloud based exercise system is not allocating

I have tried multiple time today in internet explorer and chrome to access training with the cloud and it start the provisioning - but dies and I never get a session created - I did get it has started to provision emails but never completes

Michael,

I'm sorry to hear that.

  • Just tried it myself and it works for me, hence we can assume the Pega Academy part works.
  • Checked the log file and I do not see any Michael Jakub entries. Would you mind trying it again?

BTW, are you aware that there is a more recent version of this course?: Pega Marketing Foundation
