Cannot open cloud based exercise environment
This is for the Business Architect Essentials course. In the course overview it says the following (see below). However no exercise going forward nor does the Exercise guide have any links to open anything. Please help clarify.
Pega Academy recommends that you use the Cloud-based environment while taking the course.
On each exercise page, click the Open Exercise System link to open the cloud-based exercise environment.

This should be fixed, generally if you are not getting an error and just timing out it can be a connection issue with an ISP. This is even more likely if it happens during specific times of the day.
