Cannot Launch Multiple Tracer Sessions for a requestor (2)
Reopende this ticket since the problem is back since the end of June:
Hi,
When I launch a tracer and close it, i am unable to launch the tracer again because I get this error:
"Cannot Launch Multiple Tracer Sessions for a requestor. This requestor is being traced by the operator ' ' "
I am using Pega Cloud (7.4) witch a Chrome browser. I need to log off and log in to be able to launch the tracer again.
This seems to be related to a Chrome browser update because it was there (May 2019) and then it wasn't and now (July) it is back.

I have the same problem. Seems to be a chrome issue (version 75.0.3770.100). When you clean up the coockies the problem is solved. Or you go incognito than you start up a session that can be traced again.

Hi RSIMONIS,
It looks like a bug in the chrome browser and the issue does not occur in other browsers.
There is a bug already raised in the product and should be fixed in the upcoming versions...

Hi,
Please use another browser apart from Chrome.
There seems an issue with the Chrome browser.
We found work-around as -
Private Edit activity pzStartTracerSession in class Data-TRACERSettings, Delete steps 2 to 6, Save rule
