Cannot Generate Application Profile

While trying to generate application profile, the pop up window is appearing(where is shows the document generation progress bar) but after that it is showing "Document generation failed. Please check log". What can be the proble? How to resolve this? also how can I see the log to identify possible errors?

I am not sure what could be causing the issue without seeing the logs. To access the logs, navigate to Designer Studio > System > Operations > Logs.

Hi Subhajit,

What is the version of Word , you are using. The log file you have have attached is too long to analyze. Please run the use case and share only the Pega Ruleslog file of that instant.
