Error while generating Application profile document in 6.3

In Completing the Application Profile when we try the Generate Document in the PVS I get an error as below :

Message from webpage 

Error in ConstructWordActiveX: Unable to get property 'all' of 

undefined or null reference 

Please update how to resolve the issue.
