Could not Generate Application Profile Document
we could not generate the Application profile document in 7.1.6 version in IE browser. we also have silver light software installed& Pop blocker was disabled. when i click on Document now button it has disabled and does not give any pop up.
Can you please help me.

Could you please follow the below steps and let me know if the issue still persists.
Navigate Tools->Internet Options-> Security- Check whether Enable Protected mode is checked for Internet/Local Internet. If yes kindly uncheck the same.
Navigate Tools->Internet Options->Security-> Trusted sites Click sites-> Add this website to trusted zone.
Relaunch the browser and test again

Added with what Sushant suggested, I would also recommend you to run fiddler and see whether anything interesting coming there or not.
