Can we delegate cases/flow rule
Hi Pega Team,
Any possibility to delegate Case types or work flow rule ? Suppose I want a functionality in which some flow or part of flow should be available for customisation by end user in Live system. I could think of Delegation rule which user can change so any delegation is possible for case type or flow rule or any other feature that can help us achieve our requirement.

Generally, it is not a best practice to delegate these rules in Live. But if you want to delegate then please find the attachment
In the document I demonstrated only for Case type rule, same we follow for flow rule also.

Hi Rajesh,
You can use Add to favourite (till Pega 7.2.1) to delegate any rule to an operator.

Also if you can explain more about the use case as what exactly your requirement is we can try to help you out with other options such as there are options like alternate stages in case you want some stage to be used by some user and some other stage to be presented to the other user or if you want them to choose between stages, etc.
