Can Someone help me how to implement tabs in 8.4 Version?

Can Someone help me how to implement tabs in 8.4 Version. We dont see rules pzShowCaseHierarchyTabs  and pzStudioContainerTabs  in 8.4 Version.

Which rule i have edit and save to my  personal rule set ? pyCWPortalContent or pyPortalContent
