Yes. Pega allows it for 30 days access, I guess.

If you are a customer or a partner, you can also request Personal Edition: https://pdn.pega.com/pega-7-personal-edition

This personal edition page will let you request only the latest version (for now it's 7.1.9). If you are looking for a specific version, you can also visit the support portal @ https://collaborate.pega.com/question/how-raise-sr-my-support-portal-how-question and create a new Support Request (SR) with Request Type as "Media Request".
