Bundle Negotiator Tabs - Read Only
On a certain basket condition (trigger points), I need to make certain tabs “Read Only” with a business defined error message at the top of the tab. Read Only in this sense means that the Agent can Read all the information in each tab but can’t trigger any actions on that tab
I know that the visibility of the tabs can be controlled, but not sure about the Read-Only stuff. Since the BN engine is final and using custom html rules, it is getting difficult to come up with concrete answers.
Can you please advise? Appreciate your efforts and thanks in advance.

Hi Swapnil,
I think Saleem already on your other post that this capability is not available OOTB in Next-Best-Action Advisor and would require customization of the UI/Tab logic to render read only.

Can you let us know what product you're using? It sounds like you're using a specific strategic application (formerly known as a framework), so it might be helpful to specify which and what version.
