Bundle Negotiation
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to get into the Bundle Negotiator (for Comms) from Next-Best-Action Advisor using Pega 7.4. The thing is that I cannot find information about this application. Neither getting access to a sample called PegaCRMHCMarketingSample.zip, file that should be in the ResourceKit but it doesn't because it simply doesn't appear in my folders.
Could you please guide me through documentation about the Bundle Negotiator? How can I implement it in Pega 7.4, Pega Marketing for Comms, Next-Best-Action Advisor (after reading the implementation guide for Pega Marketing and NBAAdvisor I'm still confused about those features and how to reach Bundle Negotiator).

Bundle negotiation leverages strategies, the customer interaction history and context from the previous three steps to determine the best offer for the customer. Presented offers are determined based on a budget that is assigned to the customer leveraging their CLV and Churn score. The agent is prompted to select offers within the provided budget for the customer.

Thank you for answering, I understand the context on 7.2, but am having difficulty finding the equivalent setup in 7.4.
Is bundle negotiation available there?
