Organizing and Presenting Negotiation Offers—Part 1

I'm trying to execute the exercise 'Organizing and Presenting Negotiation Offers—Part 1' following the solution. On the solution document it is written:

the first negotiation offer tab that you see is for Plans, which it is a Comparison List --> This is correct

If you click on the negotiation offer tab for Add-ons, you will see an Offer Palette --> when I perform this step, there isn't anything.

It seems that only the content of the first tab is visible instead the other tab seems to be empty. Trying to solve the second part of the exercise, changing the DisplayOrder field as:

  • 1 for handset
  • 2 for plans

The NBAAUser is able to see the content of handset but not of the plans tab (in this tab it appears the message 'No matching data was found'). Could you please let me know if it is necessary any special setting?

Hello Paola Thank you for your query. The empty tabs or the 'No matching data was found' usually appears for a brief moment before the results are displayed. Depending on the machine's performance, it may take anywhere between a couple of seconds to as long as 10 or 15 seconds sometimes. Did you try waiting long-enough? You may also verify that there are Offers to be displayed in these Negotiation tabs, by following these steps: - Log-in as NBAADeveloper - Open one of the Negotiation* offer group strategies (e.g. NegotiationAddOns strategy) - Click on the Auto-Run Results tab and examine the results. You should see 13 pages of strategy results. - You may repeat the test for other Negotiation* offer group strategies. Feel free to write back if the issue still persists. Regards Guru
