Bulk Revalidate and Save

Recently we have done upgrade from 7.1.9 to 7.2.2, with CSHC 7.2.1 framework. After the application went live, we are getting multiple incidents which are being solved after Revalidate and Save. Could anyone suggest the way where we can save all the rules in an application.
