Hi All,
We have a requirement to print all the documents associated with cases in users Worklist (i.e. send to printer queue).
Approach took -
Once the user selects respective cases and attachments from Worklist, download all the selected attachments to Service Export directory to a specific folder.
Then write a java code to print all the docs in Folder, either one by one or through Merging all docs to one single Doc.
Please share your experience around this that will help us to meet the requirement.

Hello Kiran,
I don't have any first hand experience doing this, but the approach you took makes sense to me. If you don't want to do it in service export, you could do something similar elsewhere, for example loading the attachments into the clipboard and then printing them from there. I don't know why one would be better than another, and if what you've got works, I'd go with that.
