BIX Extract - Need to extract few fields bases on a particular property has some value
Could you please let me know if this is possible in BIX extract file.
We have a requirement that in BIX Extract rule, we need to get / do not get properties based on one property.
for Example: if Country Code=IN, I should get extract .FirstName property. If not I have to get .LastName property in the BIX Extracted file.
Our file format is CSV.

Hi,
As per my understanding, we can not change the BIX extract properties on fly based on a condition.
You can have different BIX extract rules with different property combinations as required and run the desired extract rule based on a condition.

Hi,
You can set up filter condition but your requirement has a need of a when rule, I don't think it will be a direct approach. Maybe you can manipulate data after it is extracted.

Thank you Sekhar. After extraction, we cannot do anything because it is Pega cloud and it will be processed once the file is extracted.

Not really sure but can we have this approach, copy the table to a new table and based on the condition manipulate the table itself with the condition. Then just extract the table when you want. Is this possible?
In this approach I think there is possibility of having NULL or blank columns!!!
