Hello, we are new to Pega and still in development. We're researching our options for BIX extract formatting and would like to go down the path of extracting direct to an on prem target DB. In reviewing the BIX 8.1 user guide (https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/documents/bix-81-user-guide) it references the ability of extracting to a target DB and the steps necessary to do so however there is another section specific to BIX in Pega Cloud applications where it is referenced that you have to obtain the extract files from SFTP. This is contradictory to the previous section so I would like to get clarification on this. Can we as a cloud client configure BIX to extract direct to an on-prem DB or is our only option to extract via SFTP? Thank you
