Best practice around User Roles

What is the best practice around User Roles.

1. Use Pega OOTB standard roles ( PegaRULES:User4 etc ...) plus create and add , additional application specific customized roles with limited access

OR

2. Clone  OOTB standard roles and make a specific cutsomized role and use this alone

Hi Litty,

 

Clone is the best option to the standard version of roles and you may add(override) additional Access Role To Objects based on your application demands.
