Security: Best Practice while creating a Privilege
When creating a new privilege to grant access to a feature should we create a corresponding Access Role as well or should we link the privilege to the exiting user role ? What are the best practices around this?

Hi @SurajK47: It is not mandatory to have access roles created for each privileges. Once you create a privilege, you will be adding it to Access role to objects which are added in respective access group. Based on your requirement, you can add the privilege to the required existing access roles.
