Basic Search
While am searching a case at Search for case , am getting below issue, please help me on this.
1) Not able to search the cases until user change the case as “Service request” ,its not working if select case as “ALL”.
2) If we select case as Service request also,its showing all cases

Please share the PRPC version. Any framework that is being used? Share the issue in little more detail ( if possible with screenshots)

Could you please let us know , where you are trying to search the case , in designer studio or in any portal?
Are you getting any error messges, if so attach the screen shot.
