Basic and Advance Control Palette on the section not Showing up due to Report definition time out
Hi All,
We are facing issues with the Basic and Advance Control Palette display on the section due to the Following report definition getting timeout.
We have currently set the Timeout to 120 sec for a work around.
RD List:-
1. pyGetBasicPegaControlsForPalette
2. pyGetAdvancedPegaControlsForPalette
3. pyGetAdvancedNonPegaControlsForPalette
PEGA Table: rules.pr4_rule_html_property
The System is a new PEGA 731 System with only one Application.
Please let us know what DB level update need to be performed so as to reduce the performance issue to 30 sec .

Hi,
What database are you on? There is a known issue with these report definitions that I believe affects MS SQLServer more acutely. Please submit an SR to request HFix-39255.

We have Added the HFIX into the system still the Pega Table are taking more time and still we are getting SQL Timeout exception, however the Palette issue is not having.

Glad to hear the palette issue is resolved. I would personally spin a new thread on your SQL timeout exception problem. I would be sure to include the exception details, query being used, and related scenario which triggered it.
