Background processing activity loading a section rule
Hi , we have identified from our logs , that a background activity is trying to load a section rule which is generating lot of exception logs .
Kindly , help me out why a background processing activity trying to load a section rule and how to resolve this issue. Note:- This activity is triggered by a QP. Thank you!! Sample Log

The error seems to run around a When rule not being found: ISSENSITIVECASE
I recommend entering a support ticket to help troubleshoot the issue. To get started I would verify that pyWorkPage exists on the clipboard at the time the when rule runs (if not it would cause an issue like you see).
