BA Essentials 7.3.1 - Cannot download related content (lack required permissions)
On some related content I get a popup message "Unable to open the attachment. You lack the required permissions".

should be resolved by now. to be sure apply this procedure
• Log out of all pega sessions
• Close all browser tabs
• Clear complete browser cache
• Restart browser and retry
• If issue persist try incognito mode
• If issue persist try a different browser
