"Unable to Open .You lack the Required Permission"-Which settings do we need to look at?
Hey all,
If we are getting the below error in PEGA.What could be the root cause?
"Unable to Open .You lack the Required Permission"
In Access Group,where should we check for allowing the access for that worktype?
When we search,we are getting,
"Database-Authorisation-NoOpenAccess pzInskey WO ID(pyID).

Above error can occur in following scenario's.
1. In activity rules "Require Authentication" checkbox checked and the user doesn't have permissions to run the rule.
2. Other rules which requires authentication.
We need to make sure whether the rule is in correct access group i.e whether user is allowed to access from current access group.
One more thing we need to look at Access-Role-To-Object in roles.
