Auto reply email subject contains ' ASCII characters instead of apostrophe (').

When we send an email to system, will create a workbject and auto reply an email.When we send email with special character like apostrophe in subject line then reply email contain ' ASCII characters.As per analysis subject string pass to “SendEmailNotification” activity with the correct format only(Including apostrophe).But received email has the issue.

I have tried crossScriptingFilter function to encode the subject line before passing to "SendEmailMessage", But still issue exist.
