Audit log entries missing for only some operators
Hello All,
we are seeing audit log entries missing (for example if they move the case or perform any actions ) for only some users and for others, it is working fine what could be the reason?

@KishoreYagnamurthy you did not specify your Pega version.
The issue with FLA (field level audit) logic for Moved instances within a page list not working was originally found in 8.5.3 version and was fixed in a 8.7 patch release.
The scenario is around Moved type where pxResults(1) and pxResults(2) get swapped and engine reports this as moved. For such entries, FLA logic must try to do it as Modified by indentifying old pyparentinskey - rather it is inserting empty keys and hence the problem.
