Attachments Cache Problem

Hi,

Our platform is 7.1.7

We are creating 3 word documents from templates and attach these documents to our case.

After resolving this case, we open new case and create new 3 word documents as attachments.

when we complete the second case there are 6 word documents (3 for old case data and 3 for new case data).

How are we resolve this problem?
