Attachment extension in email
Hello everyone!
I have two question about attachments in email.
I use the standard utility step in stage "Send email", where I select the option "Choose attachments" (figure 1)
When the process is performed, come to the mail with attachments, but in their extension is the symbol "_" (figure 2). This prevents the file from opening without further action.
A couple of questions:
1) Why do we need the characters "_" in the extension file?
2) How to remove them?

Hello,
Tested the functionality in Pega 7.4 with a sample use case and able to see the work object attachment is being attached properly into the email that is being triggered by Send email utility i.e. added in the work object. Tried with PDF and Jpeg files which has underscore in its name, both scenarios are working as expected as shown in the attachment.
If the attachments which are uploaded into the work object are attached correctly without _ at the end of the file name then it would attach same way in the email too. Make sure if any special characters are triggering this behavior as i see some special char in the attached screen shot.
