Attaching a file(Drag & Drop) functionality not working after upgrade

Hi Team,

Recently upgraded the system from 6.2 to 7.1.8.Drag and drop functionality is working fine in 6.2 with IE browser.Getting the error "Object doesn't support this property or method" after upgrade.Can anyone help on this issue..

Hi,

First query, which browser you are on ? 

Secondly, have you tried deleting your active x contents and regenerate them by freshly logging in to application ? prDragDrop.ocx might hold the key here.

legintwincapture in your media of 718 will have  the prdragdrop activex .Any how it is not required by the  IE11 as it supports the drag and drop.Is the issue happening only for some specific control or rule ?
