Assign new button is greyed out Pega Robot Manager packages tab

I am seeing an issue in Robot manager Packages tab, after deploying from robotics studio. I see the project and version of package in Packages tab.

But after selecting the project I see two issues.

1. By clicking on deployment version, I see all versions but no " Deploy button" visible

2. Under Assign to Development, "Assign New" button is greyed out.

I have checked "pxUpdatePackageAssignments" Privilege and Access role " AutomationPackageManagement:Admin" added both in my access group as well as work queue Manager access group.

Do I miss anything in configuration?
