How to grey out tabs, except the first tab, in tabbed navigation flow

In a tabbed navigation flow,

Suppose we have 8 tabs - Tab1, tab2, tab3, tab4, tab5, tab6, tab7, tab8

Tab1 needs to be enabled and remaining tabs should be enabled only when tab1 is filled and the button is clicked.

Actually we are looking for tabbed screenflow..

Tab1 enabled...Tab1 has fields and submit button.

Upon submitting tab1...then only Tab2..tab3...should be enabled(Previously it should be in Greayed out mode)
