Archival/Purge Issue : not getting custom column data in global search
When used global search for searching archived work items only , getting blank column for custom properties. Properties are exposed but still not getting data.

Can you be a bit more specific on the issue.
Do you mean that you are not able to search the archived case or do you mean you are not able to search archived cased data for a specific property.
It would be helpful if you can put up some screenshots to explain the issue.
Also if you mean that you can not see the data of exposed property then verify once if the data is populated in your DB exposed column or not.

I have attached screenshot below , for first two columns BCN and WorkType data is not populating when searched for archived work items. Those properties are exposed and data is available in DB column.

Can you please try the steps mentioned in the below link to search the case using OOTB activity and see if you are getting the result.
In case you are still not getting the result then trace the activity get the DB query formed while running this activity for the search and run the same in your DB directly and check if you are able to get the desired result or not.

I have run this pxRetriveSeachData activity , there I am getting results but as attached ScreenShot I am not getting data there.

Then just trace the event when you are trying to search from the portal and get the query from there and check what is the difference between the query triggered from the portal and the query triggered from the report.
