Issue: Archival process fails with exceptions in Data-ArchivalMetadata.pzDataBrokerService. Cases transition from Archive-Ready to Archive-Failed status.

Environment:

• Pega Version: Pega Infinity '23.1.4
• Database: Oracle
• Repository for Archival is FileSystem
• We are using legacy method of running three batch jobs for archival as we needed customization in the pxPegaPurger.

When manually executing the pxPerformArchive activity, the archival process fails with the following sequence:
a) Cases successfully transition to Archive-Ready status.
b) Archival job starts but throws exceptions in multiple batch threads.
c)CrawlerManagerService sends poison pill to CopyManagerService (early termination).
d)Cases transition to Archive-Failed status.
e) No cases are archived to Repository.
f)Indexer runs later but has nothing to index (since archival failed).
