Application rule not opening

Hi,

In my application whenever I am trying to open the application rule I am getting the below error:-

" fail ** ** No code generated for expression (5) - com/pega/pegarules/generation/internal/assembly/antlr4/IIntrinsicFunction C7118499 H0E75AC1C38179DA7CE0EC49B977FF226PegaRULES 7.10 ML7 (coreAssemblyCached_717_644)"

If issue is related to function generation, Would it be possible to restart the jvm by clearing PegaRules_ExtractMarker.txt file from temp directory. It regenerates functions again.
