Team,
We are facing a strange issue in the application. Section pyCaseBody is being referred in Perfrom Harness. In UI, when we open a assignment from a workbasket, this harness will appear. But the section pyCasebody is not getting displayed. But when I restrict the rule set version of the rule set present in the application to the patch version it works say. 01-01-02, but if we have it as 01-01 in the application, pyCaseBody is not getting displayed.
Would like to get some suggestions on this issue.

Hi,
pyCaseBody is repsonsible for loading the application flow actions and sections. I think your app specific rules has problem in higher versions. verify the flow actions and sections loading in that assignment.

The scenario here is we don't have any rules above that version. Our rule base is actually till say 01-25-50. So there are no rules above this version, if i point the RS to 01-25-50 in the application, it works fine but if it is 01-25 it is not working.

In that case it should not have any problem with pyCaseBody also. I hope it has cache issue, can you restart server by deleting extract marker file. Post restart if it is not resolved try DB cache clear also.
