Read Only Developer Access

Currently I have a requirement that needs a sysAdmin access, BUT with no write, delete or update capability.

I have read few threads like:

  1. https://community1.pega.com/community/pega-product-support/question/read-only-developer-access
  2. https://community1.pega.com/community/pega-product-support/question/read-only-access

Unfortunately the link in no.1 still able to give access to write, modify and delete. I have not yet tried the no.2, but I really hope that there is an OOTB way to do this.

Of course, I also look for another way to do this if there is any.

Hey Maxlian,

You can try updating the access roles to not provide any write/delete/update capability to any class you like. this is done by setting the value to 0 instead of 5.

this role can then be provided to whoever needs restricting.
