Hi ,

I have a query regarding framework and Implementation layer.

My application in framework layer. I have to move some of the rules to implementation layer.What are the rules should I concentrate?

Hello,

Without more context, I can't really answer this question. From a high level, if you have rules that are specific to the implementation, that were you to reuse the framework elsewhere (say one region vs another) would not be applicable (or would be wrong) then you'd want to move those to the implementation layer.
