Anyone "on-premise" upgraded to Pega 8.4 recently ? what are the challenges faced by your organization ?

Your organization recently "on-premise" upgraded to Pega 8.4 ? Do you use Pega Customer service, Sales automation or marketing ?

Kindly share your experience of the upgrade process.

Hi,

 

We upgraded a handlful of application to 8.4 and faced no issues whatsoever.

However, that being said, we did step up upgrade from 7.x to 8.1 to 8.3 to 8.4

 

For upgrades from 8.x to 8.4, no issues were faced at all. However, if you planning from a 7.x version, be ready to scale up and re-design the infra stack.

1. Your Pega implementation consisted of  Customer service, Sales automation or marketing packages ?

2. Do you remember how many SR was raised ?
