Pega on premise upgrade
Hello,
At Rcibanque we are on Pega 7.3.1 and we want to do an upgrade to Pega 8.5.
We want to know if this upgrade possible, or do we need to do an upgrade to intermediate versions in steps.

Hi,
for Pega platform only should be possible (we made upgrade from 7.1.9 to 8.5.3 a couple of year ago).
you need to evaluate with Pega if you have other product (ex CDH, Customer Service, ecc...) that you're using.
you also need to evaluate if you're using deprecated or not supported feature.
Please also note that extended support for 8.5 ends on October 2023

Hi,
We upgraded to 8.7.3 from 7.3.1 few months back.
General Pega recommendation is to upgrade to the latest version after reviewing the Upgrade guide, Platform Support Guide and checking deprecated features.
Also review the relevant product guides if you are using additional products like CRM/SalesAutomation etc.
