What is the version of Kafka for the stream service update on-premise from 8.2.2 to 8.7?
We are planning to upgrade from 8.2.2 to 8.7 in the on-premises environment, but in the release notes of 8.7, "Starting in Pega Platform 8.7, the use of the internal Kafka cluster as the Stream service is deprecated. On-premises systems that have. been updated from earlier versions of Pega Platform can continue to use Kafka in embedded mode. " I will continue to use kafka for stream services. At that time, what is the version of kafka used in the upgraded environment? Is it the same as the one used in 8.2.2 now? If so, you have to deal with the security of log4j 1 series and 2 series, so once patch is applied to 8.2.8 and log4j used in kafka is changed from 1 series to 2 series. , Should I apply HFIX-82366? Or is there a way to avoid using kafka for stream services? (Without using an external cloud environment, only on-premises)
