Anyone know why this message is sometimes coming up? "Check if we are in Pega 7 express (ASSIGNMENT63)"
Hi All,
We have a customized Case Type, very simple processing flow.
But somehow one or two cases go to BrokenProcesses and have the error: "Check if we are in Pega 7 express (ASSIGNMENT63)"
Attached a screenshot. Still wondering why this is coming up..

@Jeremie the error that you are seeing is:
"Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record BrokenProcesses"
Does this occur if running the broken process flow?
Do you know if you might have updated (added / updates assignment shapes) flow shapes? Sometimes just doing a Revalidate and Save or Resave of flow or a restart stage then assignment will get updated with correct shape details.

The Flow Error should show the full error:
Can you please go to Case management -- > Process --> Flow errors landing page and open the failed item and share the XML content of it?
Are you able to restart stage in Action tab for all old cases as work around?
