"Check your answer" not working

In the 8.1 version one of my answers is not checked... When I click on the button nothing happens...

If I do this question in Full screen mode I can see that question 3 is also called question 1 in the left side of the screen...

Try this using a different browser or in Incognito mode and see if you get the same result.
