I've not run through this particular upgrade yet.

But you should be able to find the upgrade guides in the following location: -

https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/products/platform/deploy?product_version=26871

I'd suggest you use the drop-down to select your application server and database types.

 

Also there is a upgrade page which can be navigated to through the Knowledgebase menu
