Agent acquiring lock

Hello,

 

Getting the below error message when agent ran

 

Cannot obtain a lock on instance MYCO-ORG-MYAPP-WORK CASE-XXXXX, as Requestor B1234C1A12345678A1A1BF1EA1CA12345 already has the lock

 

our requirement is to assign cases to operators using agents, almost all the cases are assigned to given operator, but only one or 2 cases are not assigned and the error message in the logs shown is as above.
