After the upgrade we are having some problems with cert handshake with this error javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException .
We just upgraded PEGA from 8.3 to PRPC-8.5.3-551
After the upgrade we are having some problems with cert handshake with this error javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException .
its happening in connection with Mulesoft as well the full error stark is indicated in the attached files. I have the PEGA-rules logs attached. So also the SystemOut.logs form WebSphere Proprietary information hidden

Post the logs analysis,
1. Looks to me that, in the setupDatabase.properties file used for upgrade, Tier name like Development, UAT, Pre-PROD and PROD environments is not defined precisely
2. Datasource like JDBC and connection string parameters also there was some problem
If you attach the setupDatabase.properties used for upgrade, I can review and confirm the issue. i have also attached the major exceptions and necessary screenshots attached below too for your reference.
Note: Post the error message posted by you, Looks to me that, you're running Pega Application in On-Prem mode with Websphere as middleware component. So, need to review the websphere config files where the Datasources configured in the JVM's.
