After Interrogation control not found ( match rule perfectly matched )
Hi All,
I am implementing automation on Web application (https://www.zoho.com/books/login/).
I am able to automate:-
login > Click Purchase > Click Bills > Click New > Select Create New > vender name(through dropdown) > Give data in tables (From PDF)
when i am giving values in textbox(Bills) Its showing error as "Control not found" , I have taken <inbox> tag in interrogation.
I also interrogated <Div> tag(Parent of input tag) and passed the values in that but, after passing the values complete textbox is missing and i am getting a hard coded value.
I checked many time for the match rules but its matching perfectly. Unable to understand problem here

While reviewing the associated SR, this was resolved by adjusting the matching rules to always match the correct page.

Hi Sasnt,
Do you mean by the Element ID Match Rule? Yes, while matching the rules I have selected "Element ID Match Rule".
If something is wrong here, please correct.
No, Id is not getting change. It will change only when page will refresh.

If the ID is very generic and changing after the page is refreshed - then the element ID will not be a good match rule to use. This is going to be especially true with the QuickBooks web application that you are working on currently.
