We have a Start My Day automation launching 7 applications, working fine. We are working on a use case to automate a manual task using 2 web applications (already launched during Start My Day). If we continue using same StartMyDay project and its adapters, the new automation recognizes the existing IE sessions. But we will be scaling this up to include multiple automations between more Start My day applications.
We tried creating a separate project for task automations and added Start My Day project as reference, but existing session was not recognized. What is the recommended approach to handle this ?
1) Use one project to include start my day functionality and all other automations thereafter (Or)
2) Use multiple projects organized according to use case, but able to run automation on applications already opened by Start My Day ? (please explain how)

I don't really understand what you are trying to do. You cannot have multiple adapters interacting with the same application. If you want to create automations against an application, create an adapter for that and use the same adapter for StartMyDay.
