Hello,

For creating new operator id record, Pega provides default activity called as 'AddNewOperatorRecord'. But when you run the activity it shows Org,Div,Unit errors after filling the form. So, you have to include the pyOrganization, pyOrgDiv, pyOrgUnit  as params and  set the values by using  property set method in the activity.

You can also check pzCreateOperator activity which can be configured to be run on click of the button in your portal.

Here also you need to pass all the values in the activity as a parameter. Below are parameters used in this activity:
